Twas the Week Before Christmas
Personal
Well, Doc is doing a lot better. He bit the bullet some time ago and decided to go off his meds - aside from taking one at 4am because the pain got to be too much, I don't think he's had any this week. They took the dressings off of his arm this morning, so he was in some pain when I called today, but I think he's otherwise alright. Both times I called we spent about an hour talking, where before it was only a few minutes, if he answered at all. He's got some metal in his shoulder now, and had some bone grafted as well.
He can't write or do much of anything really; he can only read on his iPad right now. He can text and type a lit

The Inevitability of Individuality
I've been working on this for quite a while and I really hope you guys enjoy the result. I was looking through my favourites and it struck me how images with a similar composition can look so different, particularly of people. The phrase "The inevitability of individuality" came to me, and thus this project was born. Now, posting it, it feels like a piece of artwork in itself but sadly all the images belong to other people (click through and fave!). In any case the point of this art piece is to remind us all that no matter what we do we are uniquely ourselves. There's no point, and no need, to try and be someone else. You're perfect as you ar

Still making these :) I believe I passed the 20 requests mark. I had to go get some more ink colors and stamps to play with.
I really do love this hobby and I have a generosity complex, so I don't have any problem making and giving them away to anyone who asks. I haven't been writing much lately either, so this has been giving me something to do in the downtime while I wait for that outlet to come back. To that end, I thought it might be prudent to have a place covering all the options available.
Color choices are now as follows:
- bright red
- rose
- pink
- bright orange
- brownish orange

Glory Be! A Plot Wheel!
Imagine playing Twister or LIFE. They both have wheels where you spin and then you take your turn according to what's selected.
A plot wheel looks a lot like that (I have a couple of pictures at my blog here: http://rhiannonthorne.com/2013/11/12/the-plot-wheel/ ) and works much in the same way. Stuck in the middle of your story and don’t know where to take it? Spin the wheel and perhaps your “Hero declares his love” or you “High-tail-it” out of there.
My question for the group: Has anyone ever used one of these? Do they help during writer's block at all? Do you have one that you can share with the group?

PLEASE NOTE: in order to avoid any delays, the deadline for this contest has been pushed right back from the 15th of October to the 5th of November. Glory Be! Day 170 - or somewhere around there (:
I've not pestered you Glory Be-ers recently, so let's hear it - how are we doing with the notebook filling? Hm? Hopefully you guys have found all sorts of motivation with the new Contributors throwing ideas around. But just for kicks, how about some more prompts and ideas?
These come by way of the lovely ~intricately-ordinary (https://www.deviantart.com/intricately-ordinary) who generously linked me to some wonderful sites to draw inspiration from.
